Below is customer feedback on my recent Let’s Mix Again, TM31, TM5 Cooking Classes.

I attended one of Ankita’s Let’s Mix Again Thermomix classes and was really pleased I did. I have had my Thermomix TM31 since May 2013, although now I have a TM5! The course was excellent in giving me fresh ideas and inspiration to make things that I would never have thought of making, or never have thought that these items were so easy to make in the Thermomix! For example, the almond seeded crackers and then a smoked salmon pate. They were both so easy and quick to make, yet really lovely.

I have been making lots of things in my Thermomix, but the class shows you how to utilise the Thermomix fully, such as steaming with the Varoma; again I tend to forget that functionality of the Thermomix! It is a great class and you are with fellow Thermomix owners who you can talk to and swap ideas or recipes.

For the price it is a no brainer! You even get to eat the food prepared! So you get taught and fed! What is there not to like?

I had a great time and would recommend Ankita’s class without reservation!

Thanks for arranging the Let’s Mix Again cooking class today, it was interesting and enjoyable. Well done to you and your team, all accomplished with efficiency and friendliness. Glad you finally found a London venue.

The ‘Let’s Mix Again’ class has inspired me to experiment further. I have made the ‘Steamed stuffed chicken’ in the Varoma which we had with the tomato sauce. I couldn’t believe how quickly it cooked. Next time, I think I will do it with a white sauce. I’ve made the carrot cake this evening in readiness for visitors at the weekend. I’ve also made a lasagne using the same tomato sauce as used with the chicken thighs and this evening the tried and tested meat balls as I had mince left over from the lasagne.  Writing this makes me realise that cooking one thing leads to another.
